Forehead wrinkles can develop with aging, but sometimes it happens in the young age too. As you age, you will lose elasticity in your skin. Besides your age, there are also environmental factors that can contribute to the creation of wrinkles, such as exposure to sunlight, your diet, and your lifestyle. Wrinkles on your forehead tend to be either vertical lines between your eyebrows, or a series of horizontal lines below the hairline and across the entire forehead. You must admit that it is not very beautiful.
When you see the first wrinkles, everyday massage with piece of fresh or salted cucumber will be very effective. Move the ‘circlet’ of cucumber from left to right by circular motions. Cucumber juice absorbing, wets the skin and after drying it makes the skin mask, which is recommended to keep for 30 minutes. Then rinse face with cool water.
Generally there are many preventative measures you can take to prevent or slow the process that creates the wrinkles, one of which is to use sunscreen when outdoors, as this will prevent sun damage to your skin.
Being aware of how your face moves is a very important step in the prevention of wrinkles. Facial movements during speaking, laughing, and frowning are great contributing factors to the creasing of the skin in the forehead area. Repetition of these movements in the face will lead to static wrinkles. Training your facial muscles to move differently will minimize the creasing of the area.
If wrinkles are very deep, use my recipe of… paper band. Take the band of smooth white paper (tracing paper or parchment) and wet it in the warm water. Put thin layer of nourishing cream on the surface. Smooth out wrinkles by hand and put prepared paper band on the forehead. Cover with elastic bandage above. At the first time keep the band on the forehead for 15-20 minutes. Then enlarge the time of procedure till 30-40 minutes. Do you want to increase the result? Make the procedure 1-2 times every day. You’ll feel the efficiency of the procedure, when trying to knit your brow, and you can’t do it. Feeling of the bandage on the forehead will prevent you. Anti-wrinkle tips and advices at wrinkles.

Women, when did you first start to see visible signs of aging?
I would like to know when other women first noticed visible signs of aging in their faces. Wrinkles, crows feet, age spots ETC. At what age did you really see those first signs?
I am turning 25 next month & I have just noticed this week 2 wrinkles on my forehead. I still think I am doing ok for my age though, no grey hair yet! *fingers crossed*

My sister started having grey hair around the age of 24, that’s when she seriously started coloring her hair. She started having wrinkles around that time as well. I’ll be 22 in less than 2 months but look like I’m 16. I can’t imagine possibly having grey hairs and wrinkles coming about in just 2-3 more years. ahhhh!

lol…i have not noticed anything at all yet. i only get lines when i worry often and i show it on my face…after a week or so of not frowning or squinting, they went away. i do make sure my skin is moisturized as well…my mother just started noticing signs of aging at age 47…she just got bigger pores and her skin around her eyes are starting to sag since she has hooded lids… im 24 and a half lol, a tiny bit younger than u. i have 3 grey strands on my head in the front, all growing in a streak like manor…i just dye em or pluck em when i don’t wanna redye those ones…lol.
i would try to limit furrowing ur forehead to see if that helps like it did me. most wrinkles are created by using ur facial muscles in one spot frequently…that is why botox works, it just retrains ur face into not using them by relaxing the muscles. i think when i decide to have children, im botoxing the forhead after age 1 when the kid starts to actually snoop around often and can understand question and answer format lol. also. genetics play a pretty good chunk of a role in how fast ur outer apperance ages…just look at ur mother and father to see how they are aging along.

Well, gray hair in the late twenties, but my face has started to show signs at 40. I always used Dove beauty bar, but not saying it’s perfect. The best thing they say is water, drink plenty to hydrate your skin and if you are like me and love the outdoors, us lots of sunblock. They say I look like I’m in my twenties so I guess I did something right. Hope it helped
